At OutsideIn, we want you to love your new gear; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Our process is designed to be as seamless as possible so you can get back to your next adventure.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your inbox for easy printing at home.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement.
